Terracotta sails at Glenmore Park
A run of terracotta sails down a covered walkway at Glenmore Park. The colour sits close to the red trim on the buildings either side, and the corner heights are staggered panel to panel, which pulls each one tight and sends water off the low side.
A walkway asks for as much attention below as above. The posts stand in the walkway itself, so where they land decides whether the route between buildings still works. Shading a table or an open play area is a different brief again.

Penrith often posts the hottest reading in Sydney, several degrees above the harbour on the same afternoon.
